How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Alsowise Plumbing should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Alsowise Plumbing
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a plumber we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Plumbers in our network run their own businesses. They are responsible for their estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, first take it up with the plumber. Keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Note that Alsowise Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Steps to File
Email contact@alsowise.garden. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
First, we will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help too.
